When we first got up I admit I had butterfllies in my belly due to the " stress I was about to endure" but as the morning went on I soon realized it was nothing near how I expected our day to go. I admit thing's were a bit hectic but that's also to be expected on the first day but none how I expected it to be. Because the 2 younger ones' desks are right next to each other there was a little arguing but nothing I couldn't handle. I waited till my younger ones were done to start with my oldest (which I captured no pictures of) and we worked together on her work. After the day was done I came up with some idea's to help us out during the day. I had planned on implementing them today but as I said I was tired from getting up early and had no energy. I will have a better plan implemented after this evening. I have dinner in the crockpot so that will be less work for this evening.
If anyone has any idea's please feel free to leave comments.
Ultimately at the end of the day I was in great spirits because I felt we had conqured a "BIG" day.
What a task your taking on... I wish you strength as you work thru each day! I know from working in the classroom all day just how exhausting it can be, but I love it. Andrea goes to a great school and I have no complaints but I still don't know if i could do what you have done for your children. I hope they appreciate your time and effort that goes it to such a big job. Good luck for this new year!!
